Terms of services:

By using this site and purchasing from Sierra Equipment, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing and signed by Sierra Equipment. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and reject orders.

Prices
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.

Payment
Payments are due in full at time of shipment.  On established accounts, payment due within 15 days of shipment.

Cancellations
Orders are not subject to cancellation, except with Seller’s consent, and upon terms and conditions that will indemnify Seller against all loss.

Damaged Goods
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call Sierra Equipment immediately (510)887-7500
