Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for unused and unaltered products for 1 day following receipt of products.  Returned products must be received in a re-salable condition with proof of purchase from Sierra Equipment. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returned orders and bear the risk of loss during shipment. Please include a copy of your original paperwork or your invoice number with your shipment.  Contacting our customer service agents may help you avoid an unnecessary return.  You can reach our agents at (510)887-7500 returns sent to us COD (Cash On Delivery) will NOT be accepted.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Note that if an item was ordered in error by the customer, upon returning it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In these cases shipping costs are also not refunded and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. However, if the error was made by Sierra Equipment we would issue a full refund. Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges (both ways).

There are no returns on special ordered items. A special order item would not be found on our website and would be discussed with a sales representative at the time of the sale. To return any item you must call us at (510)887-7500.
